Terms of Service

WordsPost is an editorial automation service operated by Maksym Drovalov (sole proprietor, Kyiv, Ukraine). It plans topics, writes articles, publishes them to a client's own website, and announces them on the client's own social media accounts. These terms describe what the service does, what we expect from a client, and what each side is responsible for. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

WordsPost writes and schedules content for outlets that belong to the client: a website, a Telegram channel, a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account, a Threads account, a Bluesky account. Text and images are produced with the help of third-party AI models. The client sets the subject, the language, the pace and the quality level; the service does the work and publishes on the client's behalf.

Every article and every post is published to outlets the client has connected themselves. We never publish anywhere the client has not connected.

Accounts and connected outlets

A client connects an outlet by granting WordsPost an access token — through the platform's own login dialog, or by entering a token issued to them. The client confirms that they are entitled to publish to that outlet.

A connection can be revoked at any time: with the «Disconnect» button in the panel, or in the platform's own settings. From that moment we stop publishing there. What happens to the stored token is described in our Privacy Policy and in the data deletion instructions.

Content and responsibility

Everything WordsPost produces for a client belongs to that client, including after the service ends. We claim no rights to it.

Text and images are generated by AI models and are not verified by a human unless the client's own workflow includes review. AI makes mistakes: it invents facts, misstates numbers and misattributes quotes. The client is responsible for what appears under their name. For regulated subjects — medicine, law, finance — review by a competent person before publication is the client's own duty. The panel offers a review step for exactly this purpose; whether to use it is the client's choice.

The client must not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a real person or organisation, or that breaches the rules of the platform it is published to.

Payment

The service is paid for in advance, by package. A package sets how many articles or posts are included, over what period, and the limits that come with it — the minimum publishing interval, the AI level, how images are sourced, how many outlets can receive announcements. Publishing stops when either the paid quantity or the paid period runs out, and resumes when the client tops up. Prices are stated in the panel before payment.

If a package changes, a client who already paid keeps their conditions until the end of the paid period, and moves to the current version of the same line afterwards.

Availability

We keep the service running as well as we can, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Parts of it depend on third parties — AI providers, social platforms, the client's own website — and their outages affect us. When something breaks, we fix it; we do not compensate for time lost to an outage beyond crediting content that was paid for and not delivered.

Ending the service

A client can stop at any time: disconnect the outlets and stop topping up. We may suspend an account that uses the service for the content described above as prohibited, or that does not pay for it.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a material way, we update this page, change the date at the top, and tell active clients through the panel.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
